Not Olmec. Teotihuacan.
Those pyramids were built by the mysterious people of Teotihuacan who had already banished by the time the Aztecs arrived to the Mexican Valley (El Valle de México). An example of Olmec ruins would be Tres Zapotes or La Venta, in south Veracruz (and Tabasco... not sure)
